The Covid 19 pandemic has revealed many things about us as human beings and the societies we live in. One of the less than attractive results has been the uncovering of the deadly sin of greed. This article discusses how this has played out and presents the virtue of generosity as the antidote. The Seven Deadly sins and the Lively Virtues which have been around since the earliest days of the Christian faith are still applicable for us today.
